The following are a list of questions that are asked frequently by our clients. We have answered them here in an effort to enlighten our prospective clients about their concerns and questions about our business.

It is always best to plan ahead when doing projects, so you have plenty of time to complete them and print them. However sometimes rushed projects are unavoidable. In such cases the printing turnaround becomes very important. In most cases a week or so is ample time to complete a project at the printer then of course there is shipping time. However in extreme circumstances rush jobs can be processed, however they may be subject to an additional fee.

This depends on two factors. The first is the size and/or complexity of the website. Websites that are more involved and data-driven generally tend to take longer to produce than basic websites. On average, a basic website's turnaround is approximately a week or less. A complex database driven website could take weeks to even months to develop fully depending on the size.
The second major factor that influences any website's turnaround time is the time frame that it takes to obtain needed information from the client. Whenever possible get all important information to us up front or shortly after. The longer it takes to get information and content for a website, the longer it takes to complete.

In most cases, you need only 3 things to have a website up and running. A domain name, hosting, and of course a website. The domain name is just a "name" so that people can find you. This domain will point to a physical area where your website files are "hosted". Hosting is the equivalent of renting a storage space, you have to pay someone to keep your files in a safe spot.
